Our Team
Christian Farnleitner
CEO
Company founder and owner, Christian Farnleitner, is a true real estate expert. Having worked with banks and real estate businesses of all specialties since 1997, he has been able to gather intensive know-how of the real estate industry.
His expertise in project development as well as his many years of work in Central Europe mainly in the function of an owner’s representative – thereof some ten years in the service of real estate affiliates of two banking groups – provide the basis for solid investment decisions and competent consulting.
Aside from Austria, Christian Farnleitner has been able to gain work experience in Austria’s direct neighbors Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Italy, but also in countries, such as Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, the Ukraine, and Georgia.
As a lecturer at the Real Estate Management Courses of Danube University (now: University for Continuing Education) Krems and the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt for some ten years, he was able to pass on his experience in real estate management as well as project development to interested students.
Bernarda Vicković-Samardžija
Managing Director Croatia
As the managing director of Asset+ Croatia, Bernarda is in charge of the asset and property management business fields. Her many years of work in finance and administration, paired with her language competencies, makes her a competent partner for our international clients.
Boštjan Zohar
Managing Director Slovenia
With more than 20 years of experience in the Slovenian real estate market from working mainly for international companies, Boštjan is one of the rare experts in the market when it comes to a holistic approach towards real estate.
Boštjan played a major role in setting up the FM affiliate M&W Zander of HSG Zander in Slovenia. His real estate know-how is a great benefit for our clients.
Danilo Drndarski
As chairman of the student movement (96/97), Danilo actively participated in shaping the Serbia of today. Following the opening of the country, he played a major role in the privatization processes.
As a consultant with ESE Consulting Ltd. he provided advice to international and local clients in investing in the Serbian economy. His main emphasis was on the financing of real estate projects, examples thereof being Fuji Film SMN as well as residential and commercial real estate projects.
Since 2009, Danilo has been managing director of the Serbian branch of Asset+.
